Our young son Logan was diagnosed at six years old with severe stuttering. We began to notice speech becoming difficult for him in May of 2011. It became progressively worse until a formal speech evaluation was done in March 2012.

Logan is kind, loving, friendly, sensitive, outgoing, eager, passionate, and a stutterer. This is his story.

Quiet Times

Logan's speech has been relatively normal lately. Very little stuttering. We'll take this! We received an invitation to summer camp for children who stutter. Unfortunately, it's quite expensive and the parents need to be there during the day summer camp. So, we'll see what other things we can get to. I'd love to attend a conference at some point. So that Logan can meet other children who stutter. Keeping our options open at this point.

It's been quiet lately and we're simply enjoying this time.
